Tony Fusco is a Founder and Managing Partner of New Era Capital, where he leads the firm’s strategy, acquisitions, and execution across its growing portfolio of real estate investments in Northern New England. With a background that bridges private equity, construction management, and development, Tony brings a unique hands-on perspective to structuring and delivering high-performing real estate projects.
Before launching New Era Capital, Tony founded Fox Construction LLC, a respected construction firm recognized for its quality and innovation. His experience in excavation, building science, and project management provides NEC with a technical foundation that complements its financial expertise, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
At New Era Capital, Tony focuses on creating long-term value for investors by sourcing opportunities, structuring capital, and maintaining tight oversight of each deal from entitlement through exit. His ability to align financial strategy with operational execution has been central to the firm’s mission: providing investors with consistent returns, transparency, and access to institutional-grade real estate opportunities.
Justin Jameson
Director of Investor Relations
Justin Jameson is a Founder and Director of Investor Relations at New Era Capital, where he plays a central role in building relationships, raising capital, and ensuring investor success. His dedication to client service and relentless focus on transparency have been instrumental in shaping the firm’s reputation and growth.
A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and former football player at the University of New Hampshire, Justin brings a competitive drive and team-first mentality to his work. With a background as a realtor, he has sourced more than $100 million in new development opportunities and cultivated a strong network of investors and strategic partners.
At New Era Capital, Justin leads all investor relations, managing communications, structuring partnerships, and guiding clients through each stage of the investment process. His commitment to making sure every investor feels informed, supported, and valued is a cornerstone of NEC’s success and a key driver behind its expanding portfolio.
Mark Phillips
Director of Acquisitions & Development
Mark Phillips serves as the Director of Acquisitions & Development at New Era Capital, bringing more than eight years of experience across brokerage, acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising. He plays a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities while ensuring projects align with the firm’s strategy and investor objectives.
Prior to joining New Era Capital, Mark was Vice President at BDP Holdings, where he was instrumental in the acquisition and asset management of more than 825,000 square feet of commercial properties valued at nearly $220 million. He also helped launch, raise, and deploy a $20 million real estate equity fund targeting special situations created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier in his career, Mark worked at Cushman & Wakefield as part of New Jersey’s leading investment sales team, contributing to more than $7.4 billion in closed transactions between 2018 and 2020. As lead analyst, he closed over $1.2 billion in deals, representing 2,600 multifamily units, 3 million square feet of commercial space, and 326 acres of land.
Raised in Montclair, New Jersey, Mark earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont, where he was also a Division I lacrosse player. His competitive drive and deep market expertise make him a critical contributor to New Era Capital’s continued growth and success.
Alex Asprogiannis
Director of Asset Management at New Era Capital
Alex Asprogiannis is the Director of Asset Management at New Era Capital, where she oversees the firm’s portfolio through every stage of development, from construction to stabilization and ongoing cash flow. With a background in finance and property management, she brings both analytical discipline and hands-on operational expertise to ensure projects perform at or above expectations.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Finance, Alex grew up in a family business that operated hotels and restaurants. That early exposure instilled in her a strong appreciation for customer service, efficiency, and team leadership. Prior to joining NEC, she built her career in property management, gaining deep experience in asset performance, tenant relations, and value optimization.
At NEC, Alex serves as the critical link between construction teams, designers, realtors, lenders, and property managers. Her ability to coordinate across stakeholders, maintain performance standards, and protect investor interests is central to the firm’s success. With a proven work ethic and a broad skill set, she drives both the immediate success of each project and the long-term growth of New Era Capital.
Riley Brown
Director of Marketing
Riley Brown serves as the Director of Marketing at New Era Capital, where he leads the firm’s branding, media, and communications strategy. With over eight years of experience as a professional photographer and videographer, Riley brings a unique ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories that resonate with investors, partners, and buyers alike.
Before joining NEC, Riley served as Director of Marketing at Compass Real Estate, where he honed his expertise in producing high-impact campaigns for one of the nation’s leading brokerage platforms. His deep understanding of real estate marketing, combined with his creative background, enables him to craft content that not only educates and informs but also inspires confidence and excitement.
At NEC, Riley oversees the development of marketing assets across all projects, from construction updates to investor presentations. His strong eye for capturing the building process and his passion for storytelling ensure that every piece of media reflects the quality, transparency, and vision that define New Era Capital.
