Prior to founding New Era Capital, Tony established Fox Construction LLC, a well-regarded construction company known for its high-quality work and innovative solutions. His expertise spans civil excavation, building science, and project management, enabling him to effectively navigate the complex entitlement and approval processes that often accompany large-scale development projects.

As Managing Partner at New Era Capital, Tony oversees every phase of the development cycle, from initial design and financing to construction and property management. His hands-on approach and keen understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of real estate development have been key to the firm's continued success and growth.

Justin Jameson is a Founder and Director of Investor Relations at New Era Capital, LLC, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and driving investment growth for the company. A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and a former football player at the University of New Hampshire, Justin brings a strong focus on relationship-building and team success to his work in real estate development.

With a background as a realtor, Justin has successfully sourced over $100 million in new development projects, building an extensive network of investors and stakeholders. At New Era Capital, he works closely with private investors to raise capital for large-scale projects, particularly along New England’s seacoast. His ability to connect people and align their interests has been instrumental in securing multi-million dollar investments for the company's development initiatives.
